Tracking Your Board’s Progress
When your board has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking details including your tracking ID number and delivery date and time. Once your board is on its way, you’ll be able to use your tracking ID number to monitor its progress in transit and make any changes to your delivery preferences.
You will be able to choose from six delivery options (noted below) by visiting the On Demand Delivery website for your country:
You can schedule a delivery date and time (if offered), organize a signature release, provide an alternate address, authorize to leave your package with a neighbor, collect it from a service point, or request a hold if you are on vacation.
Failed Delivery Attempt
If you were not at home when DHL tried to deliver your board, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox. On this card, you can see if the driver was able to leave the parcel with one of your neighbors. If not, the driver will check the box of the new delivery option we chose for you: you can pick up your parcel at a DHL Parcel shop or we plan a second delivery attempt the next working day. By entering your shipment number and postal code, you can choose a different delivery option until 10:30pm.
