They can help diagnose the problem, give you tips to fix the issue, or help you schedule a service appointment at HQ. To help make diagnosis easier, please include a video of the issue in your email. If your board needs to be serviced it can be shipped to our facility in Mountain View, California, USA. Save your packaging for this purpose! If your board is outside of the U.S., you are responsible for shipping the board to us. Boosted will cover the cost of the return shipping.
