30-Day Return Guarantee Trial (Board Returns)

Boosted board must be purchased on boostedboards.com. This post-purchase, 30-day guarantee excludes normal depletion of consumable parts (unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship), and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, abuse, water damage, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

Boosted boards purchased from an authorized Boosted retailer are subject to that particular retailer's return policy and accepted at their discretion only. Please check with that retailer if you have any questions regarding their individual return policy.

Here’s how to get started: complete a request for return form. Once we receive your completed form, we will email you with further instructions. You are eligible for a return only if you are within your 30-day window. Your 30-day window begins on the date your board was delivered. This post-purchase, 30-day guarantee serves as our return policy. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to ship your board back to Boosted in its original box. Your original form of payment will be refunded upon Boosted’s receipt of the product, less a $100.00 restocking fee to cover the cost of return shipping and handling. Affirm customers will credit any payments you have made on your loan, up to the amount of the refund and less any interest you have paid, to the original form of payment within 3 to 10 business days after we process your return.
