Order Process

Full payment is due at the time of purchase for all of our vehicles and accessories. Your order is fully refundable at any time before it ships and covered by our return policies after it has shipped. 

Your order confirmation email will indicate your shipping window. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Acceptable Forms of Payment - US & Canada Orders

We accept payment for orders by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. We also offer a finance option through Affirm for US orders only.  

Acceptable Forms of Payment - International Orders

We accept payment for orders by credit or debit card and Amazon Pay.


Using a Boosted Gift Card or Promotional Credit

Boosted gift cards and Boosted promotional credits may be applied during checkout at for any Boosted vehicle or accessory, excluding Boosted gift cards.


Changing or Using More Than One Credit Card

We can only process your order using one credit or debit card. We are unable to split payment.

We are also unable to change the card you used for your order.

We don’t save credit card information in our system and we will never charge you without your permission.


Changing Your Order

Ordered the wrong item? We are unable to edit products for completed orders. Please submit a cancellation request for a refund and place a new order with the correct items.

If you have paid in full but haven’t received your order yet, you may request a full refund of your order, pending approval.
