Order Process

Full payment is due at time of purchase for all of our boards and accessories. Your order is fully refundable at any time before it ships and covered by our 30-day return policy after it has shipped.

 

Acceptable Forms of Payment - US & Canada Orders

We accept payment for orders by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. We also offer financing through Affirm for US orders only.

 

Acceptable Forms of Payment - International Orders

We accept payment for orders by credit or debit card and Amazon Pay.

 

Using a Boosted Gift Card or Promotional Credit

Boosted gift cards and Boosted promotional credit may be applied during checkout at boostedboards.com for any Boosted board or accessory, excluding Boosted gift cards.

 

Changing or Using More Than One Credit Card

We can only process your order using one credit or debit card. We are unable to split payment.

We are also unable to change the card you used for your order.

We don’t save credit card information in our system and we will never charge you without your permission.

I just got a 2nd gen Boosted board. Can I exchange it for a new board?

If you have had your board for less than 30 days, you can return it for a refund and place a new order. If you ordered your board and have not received it, you can cancel your order and place a new order.
