Cleaning the Charging Port

Tools you will need:

  • Isopropyl alcohol
  • DeoxIT lubricant

The lubricant used on the charging port cover can attract dust. Here is how to keep it clean:

  1. First, rinse the charging port with a little isopropyl alcohol.image2.jpgimage1.jpg
  2. Next, you can either allow it to completely air dry for several minutes or if you have access to compressed air, you can blow air onto the charging port.image5.jpg

Lastly, add a small drop of DeoxIT lubricant to the charging port cover before reinserting it.image4.jpgimage3.jpg
